In this gallery, I share my experience of Gaza's only airport, a symbol of freedom for Palestinians. This place once served as a gateway, offering them the opportunity to explore the world and become more self-sufficient. Like many other paths to independence, however, the airport was taken from us. The dream endures, though—a hope for a day when flights will once again depart from here, opening the doors for Palestinians to be free, with the choice to leave or remain.
